We clean carpets for many commercial places and usually require a team of cleaning operatives. On most occasions this requires out of hours working and we adhere to strict H&S guidelines. All we require is electric points and access to water. Close care and attention are always made to office furniture, electrical equipment including computers etc. We will discuss and advise with senior office personnel which is preferable and note any specific instructions. Heavy footfall is a combination of dirt and worn carpet fibres. Depending how much wear and age of the carpet, sometimes only the dirt can be cleaned so deep carpet cleaning can sometimes be futile. Parking is very important as we have a lot of equipment. Ideally, we like to have access relatively close to the property from our van. However, if there is no parking and only double yellow lines, we can organise a parking dispensation permit from the council at an extra cost of around £20. Based on our T&C’s, we can politely decline any job based on challenging parking issues but this extremely rare.

Our payment terms (if paid by BACS) are within 7 working days unless agreed and negotiated beforehand. If in the unlikely event there are issues and payment still not made after verbal and written communication then legal action will be taken.
We are fully insured and adhere to H&S for our operatives and customers. We always advise the customer to avoid the cleaning area until we have finished and made safe, clear of any safety issues like slippery floors, loose pipes, wires, equipment etc. These instructions and important advice are always verbally instructed before any cleaning work begins. It is imperative our instructions are adhered to, if ignored it is your own responsibility, if you enter the working area without our permission work is immediately stopped and the job terminated but still charged.

We offer flea treatment but careful inspection is required before work is carried out. Usually, fleas are more apparent in hot conditions (June to August months) If there is a large infestation then you may need to use a professional pest control service.

Pet odour treatment is based on many variables. If there are many stains the underlay will act as a sponge and will retain the moisture and smell, dog ammonia is very strong. In severe cases you may need to replace the carpet or just the underlay depending on factors explained above.
We can remove chewing gum and oil from carpets by using a special cleaning product which breaks down the enzymes and compounds. Obviously, nothing is completely guaranteed, however we have a high success rate for these challenging type of stains within the carpet fibres.
Wood staining depends on a few factors, not all wood can stain from wet carpets especially treated wood. If redwood for example is found then we can place polystyrene blocks under the feet of the furniture to avoid any possible staining issues, careful consideration will be made before each job and advice given. Sometimes table legs are quite narrow and been in the same position for a long time causing an indentation within the carpet fibres, in which case we will carefully clean around the table legs then recommend not moving the table until the carpet has completely dried avoiding any wood staining issues.
All our chemicals are non-abrasive and will not harm wool carpets and our cleaning process will not shrink wool carpets and rugs, even using hot water. Advice will be given before, during and after careful cleaning work has been carried out.
